1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be considered.

2. Refund Policy

GymPro offers refunds on products returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
